No, your crystal is not faulty. Crystals are minerals that are mined from the earth. After being shaped, polished and cleaned they retain all of their natural characteristics and inclusions. Please be mindful of the nature and aesthetics of crystals before submitting a request for a returns assessment. In the case that there is serious damage to a crystal please email us immediately with your order number and photos of the item. The email must be sent through within 24 hours of receiving the order to qualify for assessment.

We do not recommend using our crystals to aid physical healing. Always seek professional medical advice for all matters related to physical health. We recommend using our crystals to decorate or meditate. Meditation may help with emotional healing and spiritual development for some individuals.

We have decided to go with an environmentally friendly approach with our crystal information cards. We have them available in a digital format which you can find on our website in the Crystal Codes tab on the homepage. You don't have to purchase products from our store to access the cards, anyone can download them for free.

Yes, all orders are sent via Australia Post and your tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order has been dispatched. You will be able to check the status whilst it is in transit and will be notified on the day of delivery and once it has been delivered.
